How to make a complaint

Contact us using the details on our Contact page. Tell us your name, the email address linked to your account, what happened and what you would like us to do. Please do not include your PPSN or any passwords.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
  • We aim to give you a full response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
  • If we made a mistake, we will explain what we are doing to put it right.

If you are not satisfied

You can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by someone who was not involved in our first response. You can also contact:

  • The Data Protection Commission, about how your personal data was handled.
  • The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, for information about your consumer rights.
  • The Tax Appeals Commission, if you want to appeal a Revenue decision about your tax.

Complaints about Revenue

Flint cannot change a decision made by Revenue. If you disagree with a Revenue decision, contact Revenue first. Revenue explains its complaint and review options on its website.
